Independent Case Review (In Development)

An initiative to examine previously reported cases where abuse was alleged but families believe procedural fairness, evidentiary review, or oversight may have been inadequate.

This initiative will operate within lawful boundaries and does not replace courts or legal representation.

Collecting anonymised accounts from individuals who previously reported child abuse and felt ignored, dismissed, or procedurally disadvantaged.
